Onsite staff training + customized space assessment
2-3 hours

This interactive workshop equips your staff with the knowledge and confidence to uphold constitutional and federal privacy protections during immigration enforcement actions- especially in light of the 2025 rescission of the “sensitive locations” policy.

Participants will learn:

  • How to identify and respond to administrative vs. judicial warrants

  • The legal distinctions between public and private spaces

  • How to develop site-specific protocols for handling enforcement encounters

Following the training, we conduct a walkthrough of your space to map out areas that can be clearly designated as private, identify vulnerabilities (such as line-of-sight exposures), and provide signage recommendations. This ensures your site is prepared to respond legally in defense of your community.

Virtual or in-person session
60–90 minutes

This educational webinar offers a powerful introduction to the global, legal, and human contexts surrounding forced migration and asylum. Designed for teen or adult learners, workplaces, faith groups, and community organizations, this session pairs historical case studies with current U.S. policy to help participants understand why people flee, what protections are available, and where those protections fall short.

Participants will learn:

  • The difference between refugee resettlement and asylum-seeking

  • Current U.S. immigration policies and their impacts on families and individuals

  • Forms of legal protection for people facing persecution, violence or death in their home countries

  • How individuals and institutions can support migrant communities with dignity and solidarity

Rooted in both data and lived experience, this session moves beyond myths and headlines to foster connection, compassion, and action.

Each training includes scenario walkthroughs, certified practice equipment, and practical decision-making exercises to ensure your team feels ready to act with clarity and care in moments of crisis.
